Status of this document
This is a product-ready DPA framework and must be completed with the contracting legal entity, governing law, subprocessors and contact details before commercial execution.
Processing instructions
The processor handles personal data only to provide and secure Vordence under documented customer instructions.
Security and incidents
Reasonable technical controls are maintained and confirmed personal-data incidents are communicated without undue delay as required by the completed agreement.
Subprocessors and transfers
Configured providers must be listed before execution. Required transfer safeguards depend on customer and provider locations.
Deletion and return
On termination or valid instruction, data is returned or deleted subject to recovery windows and legal retention requirements.
Before public commercial launch, counsel should review entity-specific terms, jurisdiction, support contact, subprocessor list and regulatory commitments.
