Subprocessors & service dependencies
Last updated October 13, 2026
Core hosting
Vordence Sites runtime and durable database services host the application and its operational records. The contracting operator must publish the applicable legal entity and data-region details before commercial execution.
Optional email delivery
A transactional email provider is used only when the operator configures it. Without that credential, notices remain queued and the product shows email as not connected.
Optional billing
Stripe checkout and subscription webhooks are used only after the operator configures production price IDs and a signing secret. The public beta does not collect payment details.
Optional customer systems
n8n, Make, Slack, Teams and customer webhook endpoints are customer-selected integrations. Vordence does not require them for its core governance workflow.
Changes
Material commercial subprocessor changes should be published here before they apply to paid customers. This beta page is an operational disclosure framework, not a completed contractual schedule.
Before public commercial launch, counsel should review entity-specific terms, jurisdiction, support contact, subprocessor list and regulatory commitments.
